Founder & Japan Settlement Advisor
NEO was founded by a Japan-based professional with hands-on experience supporting international employees and families in Japan.
Before starting NEO, he founded and operated an English education business, where he recruited more than 100 international employees and supported their relocation and daily-life setup in Japan. He later worked at a publicly listed Japanese company, supporting international recruitment, visa-related coordination, and employment operations.
He also earned an MBA overseas. These experiences shape NEO’s approach: understand the situation, compare practical options, make clear decisions, and coordinate the next steps in Japan.
